NOTICE

Annual General Meeting 2023

The Annual General Meeting of the Incorporated Society for Psychical Research will be held at the SPR Offices, 1 Vernon Mews, London W14 0RL on Saturday 29 April 2023, commencing at 5:15 p.m.

The following six members of the Council will retire from office pursuant to Article 28 of the Articles of Association:

R. S. Broughton, B.A., Ph.D.; D. N. Rousseau, B.Sc., Ph.D.;

B. J. Carr, M.A., Ph.D.; T. H. Ruffles, B.Sc., B.A., M.A., Ph.D., A.R.P.S.;

G. T. B. Kidd, MBBS, MRCPsych; A. D. Parker, M.A., Ph.D.

Written nominations for any Member or Associate to be a member of the Council must be forwarded to the Secretary no later than the 31st January 2023. (All candidates must have at least two nominations).

Members’ resolutions will be accepted for placing on the Agenda upon request of 10 members submitted in writing not later than 31st January 2023 (this does not abrogate the right of members to submit resolutions under Section 140 of the Companies Act).
