Sean is a retired university lecturer and researcher in education. After graduating from Middlesex with a degree in philosophy, Sean taught in adult education in London. He later trained and qualified as a registered psychiatric nurse and worked in the NHS and the private sector. He completed teacher training and a Master’s degree, whilst teaching Health and Social Care in further education colleges. He trained college teachers at UCL’s Institute of Education where he obtained his doctorate. His thesis concerned teachers’ use of therapy in education. Having a lifelong interest in all things ‘paranormal,’ Sean became interested in electronic voice phenomena and began to conduct his own experimental recordings in 2014. Since then, he has amassed nearly a decade of recorded evidence consisting of thousands of electronic voices. He is a member of the Society for Psychical Research.
