AGM 2026 - RESUMED

The 2026 AGM of the Society was opened at 1 Vermon Mews, London, W14 0RL on 25th April, and all items on the Agenda were completed, except for the approval of the Statement of Accounts. The meeting was adjourned, and you are hereby served notice that the meeting will be resumed on 27th May 2026 at 2 p.m., to be held at 1 Vernon Mews, London, W14 0RL and will have only one agenda item:

To receive the Statement of Accounts for the year ending 30th September 2025. No other business will be discussed at this meeting.

This meeting is open only to full Members of the Society. If you did not receive an invitation to the original meeting on 25th April, along with a Proxy Form, you are not entitled to attend this meeting.

Proxy forms previously submitted remain valid for this meeting.

There is no obligation to attend this meeting, whether or not you attended on 25th April, and there is no requirement to register in advance if you do wish to attend, or to send apologies if you will not be present.
