This is for the full conference including 2 nights' accommodation (arrive Friday 27th Nov, depart Sunday 29th Nov) with dinner, bed and breakfast and two days at the meeting with lunches and unlimited tea/coffee. Please enter 2 in the box to pay for two delegates sharing one room. If the other person is paying separately, enter 1. Please email the SPR office if you require a TWIN ROOM. Otherwise, you will be sharing a bed.

Please note that by continuing with your registration, you are agreeing to the following terms.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Bookings may be cancelled up to the end of 30th September 2026.

50% of fees will be refundable if cancelled between 1st and 31st October 2026.

After 31st October 2026, 100% of fees will be non-refundable.

LIABILITY
The SPR accepts no liability for any loss, injury or death suffered by the Client or any of his/her party or any other person visiting the Venue in connection with the Client's reservation, where caused or contributed to by such persons. The client hereby agrees to indemnify the SPR in respect of such liability.
The SPR will accept no responsibility or liability for articles or property left, lost, stolen or damaged on the premises.
Where car parking facilities are provided by the Venue, the Venue will accept no responsibility or liability for any damage to vehicles and/or property of delegates, staff or visitors of the Client.
