SPR president Professor John Poynton will talk about his book Science, Mysticism and Psychical Research: The Revolutionary Synthesis of Michael Whiteman at the Swedenborg Hall, 20 Bloomsbury Way, London WC1, on Wednesday, 14th December at 7.30 p.m. He will compare the thinking of Swedenborg and Whiteman, who has been described as “a 20th-century Swedenborg”. Admission is free. The book will be on sale at an introductory price of £15.
